We are proud to announce that Kuching, Sarawak will soon have its first surgical face mask manufacturing plant here. Borneo Medison Sdn Bhd will be setting up their production line here in Kuching, that is on par with international standard given its state-of-the-art production machines.

Apart from producing medical masks, the facility will also be manufacturing disinfectant product series, medical and non-medical glove as well as personal care products.

The manufacturing plant will be equipped with ISO class 8 certified 100k dust-free clean rooms where only trained staff members donning fully sterilised outfit work within the restricted medical grade clean rooms.

In delivering its promise to provide certified face masks of surgical grade, only medically graded materials will be sourced during the pre-manufacturing phase. With a set up of this calibre, we are confident that the supply of these healthcare and safety products will be sufficient to meet the local demands.

Borneo Medison’s investment decision to set up their facility here in Kuching will lead to economic growth and provide more job opportunities for Sarawakians.

This promise will not only address any unemployment problem, it will also bring back more Sarawakians who are currently working abroad given the lack of job opportunities locally.
